About Terry:

The broad goal of most therapeutic work is to provide a forum for insight and understanding, and for the client to enhance their ability to lead a more satisfying and productive life. Terry's method begins with a collaborative process where achievable goals are arrived at. This client-centred style means that a therapeutic approach can be adopted that best suits each client's situation, experience and personal style. Terry's therapeutic process utilises rapport, support, validation, empathy, shared problem solving, and some challenge in order to help clients improve their situation, insight and coping abilities.
