Professional Development and Partnerships Consultant

Sally is a registered psychologist with extensive experience applying her psychological skill set in a range of environments including community mental health and consulting to not-for-profit, government, and private organisations to shift problematic behavioural patterns to achieve defined outcomes.

In her work in community mental health, Sally worked with clients living with severe and enduring mental illness, who had high complexity of need. This work required Sally to deeply connect with people living through some of the hardest moments in their lives, to support them to gain insight and act to improve their wellness.

In addition to consulting extensively as an organisational psychologist over the last 10 years, Sally is an experienced interviewer, trainer, and moderator. Sally regularly conducts training workshops in the area of mental health on topics such as counselling skills, trauma, diversity and inclusion, vicarious trauma, and wellbeing in the workplace.

Having worked across such a wide variety of sectors, organisations, and people, Sally is very comfortable – and really enjoys – connecting with people to understand their environment and situation, to offer skills and solutions to help.
