In this eight-week program, we will work together to help you to be more skilled at: Understanding your child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs, Supporting your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions, Enhancing the development of their child's self-esteem, and Honouring the innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure. Parents with children under five usually find the resources most suitable to them, but the information is relevant to parents with older children as well. Circle of Security can help parents with children who are having behavioural or emotional difficulties, parents who are overwhelmed, depressed or anxious about parenting, and parents who simply wish to learn and reflect on their parenting.
