Psychology in Practice (PSY407)

This unit introduces students to the professional discipline of psychology and demonstrates the application of psychological theory to problem solving across a range of authentic contexts. Areas of critical application that will be covered by this unit include Organisational Psychology, Health Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Forensic Psychology. In the context of each domain, students will learn about and apply ethical frameworks and principles underlying valid psychological assessment.
