About Michael: Michael’s approach is client-centred, which means he tailors his approach and therapy to suit the individual needs of his patients. He is by nature non-judgmental, warm and caring, and is passionate about helping his patients to live the lives that they want to. Michael strives for a relaxed and informal tone in sessions and works toward making each session feel conversational but still therapeutic. He completed his PhD in clinical psychology and his research interests are in gender, and how gender can shape identity. He is especially interested in working with clients with anxiety and is successful in helping alleviate the harsh expectations, perfectionism, and fear that characterise many anxiety-based issues.
