Do you offer distance or online learning?

A limited number of courses are available by distance or online learning. Some units may be taught or partially taught online but the majority of all programs are taught through on campus instruction with a minimum expectation of 80% attendance. Please see Cairnmillar’s courses for more information on the study mode.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Institute has temporarily transitioned to fully online until further advised.  At this stage, we expect to deliver the remaining teaching and assessment on campus for 2021 Semester 2.   

Our only online or primary online courses are the Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science and the Master of Clinical Psychology (Post Registration). All other course should be assumed to be on campus in Melbourne once COVID restrictions allow.
